Najd Aurum Holdings Limited is incorporated in Tanzania, with its registered office in Dar es Salaam and its operating base in Mbeya.

The company holds and works licences in the Mbeya Region, and operates under its own licences in Sudan and Gambia. The same four capabilities — extraction, drilling, geological consultancy and satellite survey — run in all three.

The structure is deliberate. A holding company gives each operation its own entity and its own accountability, while the group keeps one view of cost, compliance and performance. That view is produced by Najd Office, the system we built for ourselves and now license to others.

How we operate

Six principles, and what they cost us.

Each of these is a constraint before it is a value. They are listed because they explain why our quotes look the way they do.

We prove it on our own ground firstEvery method we sell is running on a site we carry the cost of. It is the reason we can tell you what something costs over a year rather than over a shift.

We do not subcontract the coreExtraction, drilling and geology are done by our own people. Where we do use a third party — laboratories, for instance — they are named in the report.

The assumptions are written downReports carry their method, their QA/QC and their limitations. A number without them is not usable in front of a lender.

Compliance is scheduled, not rememberedEvery licence obligation across every entity is counted down in one system. Ground is lost to calendars far more often than to geology.

Rehabilitation is funded from day oneIt is costed into the opening budget and provisioned monthly. A closure liability discovered at closure cannot be funded.

Bad news travels firstNegative results, failed targets and stopped shifts are reported before the good news. It is the only way the good news stays worth anything.
