The most expensive failures we see are administrative. A renewal window missed, an annual report filed late, an expenditure commitment not evidenced — and ground that took years to assemble reverts and is applied for by somebody else within the week.
We hold licences in Tanzania, Sudan and Gambia and run the same compliance calendar on our own tenements that we run on our clients'. The obligations are tracked in Najd Office, our own system, with each deadline counted down and each filing evidenced.
This service is administrative and it is priced that way. It is not legal advice, and where a matter needs a lawyer we will say so rather than improvise.

Yes, and it is the most common way this engagement starts. The audit establishes what is recoverable and what is not, in writing, before we take responsibility for anything.
No, and be careful of anyone who does. We guarantee that the application is complete, correctly prepared and filed within the window, which is the part within anyone's control.
No. It is tenement administration. Where a question turns on interpretation of the law we will tell you to instruct counsel, and we will work with them.
Yes. Clients on a retainer get read access to the compliance module in Najd Office, so the position is visible without asking us for it.
