There is no layer of the company that is insulated from the site. Geologists log their own samples, managers visit the ground, and the people who built Najd Office are the people who answer the support line.
That suits some people and not others. If you want a narrow, well-defined role in a large organisation, this is the wrong company. If you want to see the whole of an operation and be accountable for a piece of it, it is a good one.
We hire locally as the default across all three countries, and we train. A candidate who is capable but under-qualified is a better hire than a qualified one who has to be persuaded to visit the site.

We keep applications on file and contact people when a role opens. Speculative applications are genuinely read.
Every application receives a reply. If we are not hiring for your discipline we will say so rather than leave it open.
Email your CV to info@najd-aurum.com with the role or discipline in the subject line.
A short call about your experience and, more usefully, about what you actually want to do.
An interview with the person you would report to. For field roles, a site visit where practical.
Written offer with terms, rotation and training set out. Safety induction before any site access.
Applications go to info@najd-aurum.com with the discipline in the subject line. Speculative applications are kept on file and revisited whenever a role opens in that discipline.
