Project generation & joint ventures

Ground identified, tested and brought to a partner with the work already done and the assumptions written down — not a prospectus.

The model

We peg it, test it, then talk.

Project generation is the part of exploration that pays for itself least reliably and matters most. We run it continuously across our three jurisdictions: ranked ground from the satellite pipeline, checked against the cadastre, pegged where it is open, and first-pass tested by our own crews.

What we bring to a partner is therefore a tested project rather than a concept. The sampling is ours, the QA/QC is documented, and the reasons we believe what we believe are written down where you can disagree with them.

Structures are conventional: earn-in against a spending commitment, a straight joint venture with contributed assets, or an outright sale of the tenement. We have no preference and no house structure we push everybody into.

Ground generated and pegged by us
First-pass sampling before any approach
Earn-in, joint venture or sale
Full data room, including the negative results
Open ground ranked and cross-checked against the cadastre before pegging

What you get

A project, with its history.

Everything we did on the ground goes into the data room, including the parts that did not work. A generator who only shows the good holes is selling you their own mistakes.

TenementGranted or in application, with the cadastre position and the compliance history stated.
Targeting basisThe satellite and structural work that put the ground on the list, with the confidence ranking as it stood.
First-pass resultsAll sampling, all assays, all QA/QC — the full dataset rather than the intervals that support the story.
Negative resultsTargets tested and discounted, with the reasons. Knowing where not to spend is half of what you are buying.
LogisticsAccess, water, power, community position and the practical realities of working the ground.
Proposed programmeWhat we would do next, what it would cost, and what result would justify continuing.
How it works

Generation to agreement.

Stages one and two are at our cost and our risk. That is what makes the conversation at stage four a straightforward one.

01

Generate

Regional targeting across open ground, ranked and cross-checked against the mining cadastre.

02

Secure

Ground pegged or applied for, at our cost, before it is discussed with anybody.

03

Test

First-pass mapping and sampling by our own crews, documented to the standard we would want to receive.

04

Partner

Data room opened, structure agreed — earn-in, joint venture or sale — and the work programme set out.

Terms

The commercial detail.

Stated here so that the first conversation can be about the work rather than about how we charge for it.

StructureHow it typically works
Earn-inPartner earns a stated percentage against an agreed spend over an agreed period, with milestones
Joint ventureContributions in cash, equipment or crews, with dilution provisions written in from the start
Outright saleTenement and dataset transferred for cash, with a retained royalty by negotiation
Our contributionGround, data, local presence, equipment and crews — we can operate the programme if wanted
Data roomComplete, including negative results and the raw assay files
ExclusivityGranted for a stated period during due diligence, in writing
Questions

Asked often enough.

Do you retain an operating role?

Only if the partner wants one. We are equipped to run the programme and it is usually the cheapest way to execute, but the structure does not depend on it.

How much ground do you hold?

It changes constantly, which is the nature of generative work. Ask and we will tell you what is currently available and what is spoken for.

Will you show us the targets you rejected?

Yes, and we would encourage you to look at them. What a generator discards tells you more about their standard than what they promote.

Can we bring you ground to test under the same model?

Yes. Where you hold ground and want it tested to the same standard before deciding, that is a consultancy engagement and is priced as one.
