Najd Office is available to other operators
The platform we run our own operations on — projects, budgets, compliance and three currencies in one place — is now licensed to other mining companies on an annual subscription.
Najd Office was built for our own work across Tanzania, Sudan and Gambia, against a filing calendar that does not forgive and in three currencies that do not agree with each other. It was not built to be sold. It is being licensed now because operators who saw it working asked for it.
Every action is logged, documents are encrypted in the browser before they leave it, and access is role-based down to the individual record. The exchange rate is frozen onto an expense at the moment of approval, so a figure approved last quarter still means what it meant last quarter.
It is offered on an annual subscription with the same support our own crews get, because it is the same system.
